- Manage daily front desk and administrative activities

- Maintain accurate member records and databases
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments, classes, and trainer sessions
- Process payments and prepare receipts/invoices
- Monitor membership payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Coordinate with trainers and staff regarding schedules and facility operations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and administrative areas
- Assist management with marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Job Summary
