Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Cortex XSIAM, and Cortex XDR.
• Design and optimize SOAR playbooks for automated incident response.
• Integrate firewalls, EDR, threat intelligence, IAM, ticketing, and cloud security tools with SOAR platforms.
• Develop SIEM use cases, correlation rules, dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Conduct threat hunting, incident analysis, root cause investigations, and forensic analysis.
• Monitor events, respond to incidents, fine-tune detection rules, and reduce false positives.
• Create automation scripts using Python, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
• Collaborate with SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, and IT operations teams.
• Support audits, compliance, reporting, runbooks, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
