The company produces HACCP-certified 300 lb blocks of premium ice for hospitality and beverage clients.

Daily operations emphasize safety, precision, innovation, and transparent production processes.

The Administrator and Client Services role is full-time and on-site in Dubai.

The role manages administration and serves as a primary client contact supporting production operations.

Manage scheduling, data entry, documentation, and internal workflow coordination.
Handle client inquiries, process orders, and manage service requests.
Maintain accurate records and support invoicing and payment tracking.
Collaborate with production and management teams to support timely service delivery.
Monitor communication channels, prepare reports, and improve client service processes.

Strong client services and customer service skills are required.
Clear verbal and written communication in English is required.
Competence in basic invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation support is required.
Proven administrative assistance experience is required.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are required.
Proficiency with common office software, email, spreadsheets, and basic data entry tools is required.
Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Hospitality, food and beverage, or production experience is beneficial.
A relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
