Your Opportunity:
Administrative Support is a key contributor to the operational effectiveness of Central Services. This position provides comprehensive, confidential, and highly organized administrative support to the Program Manager and Central Services leadership team. Working with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision, the incumbent coordinates and manages complex calendars, email communications, leadership meetings, presentations, reports, and correspondence. The role is responsible for drafting reports and memos, maintaining records, managing schedules, tracking operational activities, and supporting program initiatives. As a central administrative resource, the position ensures the efficient flow of information across the department and supports informed decision-making within a dynamic healthcare environment. The incumbent plays a critical role in coordinating urgent and emerging operational priorities, supporting emergency and crisis response activities, and facilitating effective communication related to sensitive and confidential matters. The incumbent supports leaders in addressing staffing, patient care, operational, and organizational challenges through proactive coordination, effective communication, and timely administrative support. This role demands exceptional abilities in organization, project coordination, problem-solving, decision-making, and the management of confidential information. Responsibilities span a diverse range of portfolios, requiring the incumbent to effectively multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, WFM Scheduler and RMS. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a health care-based organization in administrative positions of progressively increasing responsibility required. Must be able to perform full duties.
Experience with Oracle Supply Management, eManager, iExpense controls, e-Facilities Requests, IAM requests, and ePeople.
