This position reports to the designated manager and is responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical staff and physicians of Community Addiction & Mental Health. Working collaboratively with all programs and services this position maintains positive, professional, cooperative relationships with internal and external programs, services, and clients. This position is accountable for maintaining confidentiality of information. Duties may include scheduling clients, meetings, computer processing of all types of documents, data entry, incoming and outgoing mail management, health records management, receiving visitors, reception functions, attending to high-risk clients, ordering supplies, and managing building maintenance requests. This position may also support other related duties as assigned.
As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
