- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and administrative documents
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Monitor incoming and outgoing emails and official communications
- Archive documents in accordance with organizational policies
- Follow up on purchase requests, invoices, and pending payments
- Assist in preparing periodic reports and maintaining accurate records
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Enter and update data in ERP or other business systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor compliance with internal procedures and policies
- Prepare operational reports and statistical summaries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in administrative or operations support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP or business management systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate joining
