About the Role
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library is seeking an Administrative Services Section Manager to lead administrative support services including hospitality, procurement, facilities management, and security.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee delivery of administrative support services including hospitality, mail, transportation, and courier services
- Oversee procurement and contracting activities to ensure timely provision of administrative resources
- Manage facilities, warehouses, and organizational assets with proper inventory control and maintenance
- Oversee security, cleaning, and maintenance services for a safe working environment
- Manage administrative support services including travel, accommodation, shipping, mail, stationery, and transportation
- Supervise operation and maintenance of vehicle fleet and manage drivers and messengers
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service provider performance
- Lead and develop the Administrative Services team and drive continuous improvement

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administrative and technical support services

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of administrative support services, including hospitality, mail, transportation, and courier services, ensuring efficient and high quality service delivery.
- Oversee procurement and contracting activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely provision of administrative resources and services.
- Manage facilities, warehouses, and organizational assets, ensuring proper inventory control, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
- Oversee security, cleaning, and maintenance services to provide a safe, secure, and efficient working environment for employees and visitors.
- Manage administrative support services, including travel and accommodation arrangements, shipping, mail, stationery, and transportation services.
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of the organization's vehicle fleet and manage drivers and messengers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service providers' performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Lead and develop the Administrative Services team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare periodic reports and recommendations to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative and technical support services.
