Role Description
Full-time remote administrative operations role supporting day-to-day operational and administrative activities for Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences VU.
The role supports smooth operations through collaboration with academic, research, and administrative stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and organize virtual meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Maintain digital records and documentation.
