Role Overview
This full-time remote role supports the efficient coordination of activities related to the Africa Women in Trade Forum.
The role supports administrative operations across multiple time zones and may include occasional live-event support.
Administrative Operations
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, schedules, calendars, documentation, records, databases, and project trackers.
- Provide administrative assistance to executive leadership and prepare correspondence and reports.
- Track action items and deadlines while supporting smooth operational workflows.
Events and Stakeholders
- Coordinate virtual and in-person event logistics.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support live events and coordinate with vendors, speakers, and participants when needed.
- Handle inquiries and maintain communication across diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Solid general administration skills covering file organization, record maintenance, database management, and office operations support.
