We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Officer cum Accountant to support our operations in Riyadh.

- 📁 Role: Administrative Officer (with Basic Accounting Support)
- 🕐 Type: Full-Time
- 📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, filing, and document management
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
- Process basic invoices, expense reports, and petty cash
- Support HR admin tasks such as attendance records and onboarding paperwork
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as needed
- ✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Transferable Iqama / NOC preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
