Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Administrative Officer (Emirati)

to support daily office operations within a fast-paced interior fit-out environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, support project coordination, and maintain effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations
  • Handle documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping (physical & digital)
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal communications
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management and project teams
  • Support HR functions including employee documentation, onboarding, and attendance tracking
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments for administrative requirements
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests
  • Assist project teams with documentation related to permits, approvals, and submissions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Qualifications & Requiremnts

  • UAE National (Emirati) –

Mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles (fit-out/construction industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
