About the Role

  • We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team.
  • You'll provide administrative support to ensure efficient day to day office operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day administrative support to departments and management.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and office documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Organize filing systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor requests.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and office logistics.
  • Support HR, Finance, and other departments with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office operations run efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and administrative procedures is an advantage.
  • Experience using ERP systems or document management software is a plus.
