Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to departments and management
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and office documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Organize filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor requests
- Assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and office logistics
- Support HR, Finance, and other departments with administrative tasks
- Ensure office operations run efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
