Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive General Trading Administrator to manage day to day operations, e commerce platforms, and basic digital marketing activities. The role combines administration, online sales support, and content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
  • Manage inventory, sales records, and documentation
  • Manage Amazon and Noon seller accounts (listings, pricing, orders)
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create flyers, static posts, and basic marketing designs
  • Assist in creating reels and short video content
  • Respond to online customer inquiries
  • Support imports/exports documentation and customs processes
  • Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to sales and procurement teams
