We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administrative Officer to join our team in Doha.

🏢 Location: Doha, Qatar

  • 📁 Role: Administrative Officer (with Basic Accounting Support)
  • 🕐 Type: Full-Time
  • 📌 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
  • Process basic invoices, expense reports, and petty cash
  • Support HR admin tasks such as attendance records and onboarding paperwork
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as needed
  • ✅ Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Transferable Iqama / NOC preferred
