Administrative and Client Duties
- Manage daily administrative and office tasks.
- Handle client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
- Assist with booking coordination, scheduling, and client follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, invoices, and other documents when required.
- Maintain and organize client information, bookings, and company files.
- Coordinate schedules among clients, photographers, videographers, and management.
- Follow up on payments, balances, contracts, and required documents.
- Maintain accurate records and update company Excel or booking sheets.
- Assist management with daily office operations and other assigned tasks.
