- Handle incoming booking inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel home service massage appointments
- Coordinate therapists' daily schedules and assign bookings efficiently
- Maintain an accurate booking calendar and client database
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and booking confirmations
- Answer customer questions about services, pricing, and availability
- Communicate with therapists regarding schedules, locations, and special client requests
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and record keeping
- Report daily bookings and appointment status to management
