Candidates will also be responsible for travel coordination for multiple projects.
They will manage employee travel and ensure the budget within the limits established by the contract, including per diem allowances and JTAR regulations.
They will use discretion to make decisions regarding how and when employees travel while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance is Required. Ideal Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required. Experience in U.S. Navy/Military programs or operations is preferred. Experience as a program support specialist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Experience with travel coordination, administrative support, hospitality, or reservations is highly desired. Familiarity with MS Visio is a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy.
