Role Description

  • The Office Administrator role is a full time, hybrid position.
  • Manage daily office operations, including handling incoming calls and emails, organizing files and records.
  • Support the property management team with documentation, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Assist with preparing basic reports.
  • Help maintain an organized, professional office environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Proficiency with basic data entry and reporting skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Having a laptop is essential.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, other language is a plus.
  • Based in Alexandria, Egypt.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or real estate administration is an advantage.
