Role Description

  • Create clear, engaging, and accurate content for various formats such as website pages, product descriptions, blogs, marketing materials, and internal documents.
  • Research topics related to mobility and company offerings, draft and revise content, and ensure consistency with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to understand content needs, clarify technical details, and meet deadlines.
  • Help maintain a content calendar, optimize content structure for readability, and support the creation of new ideas for campaigns and customer communications.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and editing skills with ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to research new topics, synthesize information from multiple sources, and translate complex ideas into accessible language.
  • Familiarity with digital content formats (web pages, blogs, social media, email copy, and basic marketing collateral).
  • Attention to detail, including grammar, spelling, tone, and consistency across all written materials.
  • Capacity to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross functional teams on site in Ahmedabad.
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., word processors, collaboration platforms, and basic document management systems).
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience writing for technology, mobility, transportation, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Open minded, inclusive approach that supports a respectful, diverse, and non discriminatory workplace.
