• Curated Events, a premier event rental company, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Administrative Manager. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing office administration, HR, payroll, and accounting functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • The Administrative Manager will manage and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role involves a mix of HR, payroll, billing, and administrative responsibilities, partnering with both local and corporate teams.

Primary Job Duties

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, along with general ledger tracking, budgeting, and managing labor costs.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and HR administration, collaborating with the Corporate Payroll Manager.
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) at the location level, including posting payments, processing deposits, and reconciling credit card payments. Coordinate insurance billing and prepare financial reports as needed.
• Manage recruiting processes, including creative sourcing strategies, posting positions, and screening candidates.
• Process new hires and terminations, updating systems such as ADP, Employee Navigator, and other benefit platforms.
• Track and process benefit insurance billing and assist with employee benefit enrollment and education.
• Record, process, and follow up on Workers Compensation/Vehicle Accidents.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws, working closely with the management team.
