- BSL International, an international company based in Dubai, specialized in the management and coordination of international operations, is looking for a Finance Manager capable of handling both Administrative & Financial Manager (RAF/CFO level) responsibilities and Senior Accountant duties.
Main Responsibilities Administrative & Financial Management
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets
- Cash flow management and optimization
- Cash flow forecasting
- Reporting to management
- Margin and profitability analysis by business activity
- Structuring of international financial flows
- Relationship management with banks and financial partners
- Supervision of audits when required
Main Responsibilities Operational Accounting
- Full bookkeeping management
- Issuing and tracking client invoices
- Monitoring collections and following up on unpaid invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier management and payments
- Intercompany management
- Monthly and annual closings
- Tax filings and local compliance in the UAE
- Preparation of financial statements
Required Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance / accounting
- Experience in an international environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Languages Mandatory
- Fluent French
