Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Manager and provide day to day administrative support
- Assist with documentation, filing, data entry, and record management
- Prepare letters, quotations, invoices, reports, and other business documents
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and correspondence as assigned
- Carry out administrative and operational tasks delegated by the Manager
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information
- Follow up on assigned tasks with internal teams and external service providers
- Maintain accurate records and update internal trackers
- Monitor task progress and provide timely updates to the Manager
- Assist in coordinating company formation, visa, licensing, banking, and other corporate service requests from an administrative perspective
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in administration, customer service, office coordination, or a similar role
- Experience in a corporate services or business setup company is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work from home or from the office based on operational requirements

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail oriented Administrative Executive / Personal Assistant / Corporate Services Coordinator to support our management team in a fast paced corporate services environment.
- This role is primarily responsible for administrative support, documentation, coordination, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager and coordinate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure smooth day to day operations.
