Role Description
The Administrative Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role supports administrative process improvement, office supply monitoring, and an efficient professional work environment.
The position also supports daily commercial and inventory operations.
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflows, sales orders, data entry, and record-keeping using Zoho.
- Oversee stock levels, warehouse movements, and organization of medical products and laboratory consumables.
- Track expiry dates and flag near-expiry goods to reduce waste and financial loss.
- Prepare tax invoices, sales orders, and delivery notes that match dispatch records.
