Role description
The Administrative Executive is a full-time, onsite role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role manages daily office operations and supports administrative and real estate operations.
Administrative responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and organize meetings.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, official records, and company files.
- Prepare and complete contracts and Sales & Purchase Agreements.
- Coordinate insurance documentation and renewals.
- Prepare correspondence and monitor document requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
Qualifications
- Provide executive administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and senior leadership support.
- Have strong general administration, communication, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills.
