Administrative/data entry/basic accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office documentation, update client databases, organize event bookings, and maintain accurate records using computer software.
• Track daily expenses, process invoices, prepare basic receipts, monitor accounts receivable and payable, and assist with simple financial reporting.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Communicate event details clearly to parents, vendors, and staff.
• Coordinate with the events team to prepare schedules, materials, and booking confirmations for upcoming children's events.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and general computer navigation are required.
• Fast and accurate data entry skills are required.
• A solid understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional English are required.
• Basic Arabic understanding or speaking is preferred for interacting with local clients.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a friendly professional approach are required.

Software and Skills

• The role uses Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• The role requires administrative coordination, data entry, basic accounting, billing, and client communication skills.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 2,000.00 to AED 2,500.00 per month.
