Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for an Administrative Coordinator.
The Administrative Coordinator will be Support daily administrative and coordination activities related to client communication, quotations, and business development operations.
The role focuses on maintaining organized workflows, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client communication, coordination, and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations/proposals
- Track quotations and maintain organized records
- Assist in organizing client meetings and documenting notes
- Coordinate internally with teams on project requirements
- Coordinate project initiation with internal teams
- Maintain CRM and update client and project data
- Organize documents, trackers, and reports for ongoing activities
- Support business development activities and pipeline tracking
- Assist in market research and data collection
Profile Requirement
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting tools
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of business operations and coordination roles
- English and Arabic Fluent
