Internship Opportunity – Administrative Coordinator

  • Beauty Homes Real Estate is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Administrative Coordinator Intern to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in the real estate industry while developing strong administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact landlords to verify and update property availability.
  • Maintain and organize the company's property database and records.
  • Prepare and update property listings.
  • Assist with property management administration and tenancy renewals.
  • Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Coordinate appointments, viewings, and follow ups.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain filing systems.
  • Send emails, WhatsApp communications, and follow up messages to clients and landlords.
  • Assist with social media posting and marketing coordination when required.
  • Perform general office administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Professional attitude and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
