Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to assist our sales department.
- You will ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative and sales support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales team on sales pipeline: organize leads, maintain and update the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow up with customers.
- Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls, handle inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations.
- Manage and prioritize all departmental correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and update all departmental files, records, and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing essential administrative assistance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales support role in a trading company is a big plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
