The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following, as well as other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the College.
Providing general support including mailing, scanning, faxing, ordering supplies, and reception coverage.
Preparing correspondence, performing data entry, maintaining filing systems, and scheduling or arranging meetings and booking rooms.
Maintaining databases, reports, documents, and other office files for timely document retrieval.
Communicating and coordinating work between departments and outside sources.
Providing routine information related to the College’s programs, functions and events, departmental activities, and general College procedures and policies.
Assisting with the planning and execution of campus events, such as Student Orientation.

Following up on requests and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Monitoring, maintaining, and ordering general office supplies for the campus.
