Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Riyadh.
The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars for other staff.
Responsibilities include handling phone calls and inquiries, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate staff.
The role also involves preparing and organizing documents, managing correspondence, maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, and supporting data entry and record-keeping.
The Administrative Assistant will report to the manager and assist with executive-level administrative tasks, coordinate internal communications, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment that aligns with the center’s focus on well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and customer service skills for managing calls, inquiries, and visitor interactions.
- Clear written and verbal Communication skills to support internal coordination and external correspondence.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for leadership.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets) and basic digital tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, mental health, or wellness setting is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive, and client-focused
