Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for an Administrative Assistant at Moazez \| معزز.

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support, including managing calendars, organizing digital files, preparing documents, and assisting with basic data entry.

The role involves handling phone calls and messages in a professional manner, responding to inquiries, and routing requests to the appropriate team members.

The Administrative Assistant will support executives and team leads with scheduling meetings, coordinating virtual appointments, and tracking tasks and deadlines.

The position also includes maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative assistance skills, including scheduling, document preparation, and task coordination.
  • Professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills for handling calls, emails, and messages.
  • Experience providing executive administrative assistance, such as calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Proficient clerical skills, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and organizing digital documents.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and time management in a remote work environment.
  • Comfort with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, and video conferencing platforms).
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in education, technology, or a similar administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
