Administrative Assistant

Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with strong Project Management experience to support senior management and ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational activities.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
• Coordinate and track multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and business correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and company documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and business initiatives.
• Assist in developing and improving administrative processes and workflows.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support procurement, vendor coordination, and other operational tasks as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative Support, Executive Assistance, or Project Coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and project tracking.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
