Role Description

  • The Administrative Assistant is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Supports attorneys and firm leadership with daily administrative tasks, including file maintenance, scheduling of meetings, maintaining company registrations and internal filings.
  • Handles and assists with regulatory processes for client matters and internal operations.
  • Responsibilities also include data entry, updating databases, coordinating office supplies and logistics, and supporting the smooth operation of the office.
  • Requires consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders and adherence to confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document preparation, filing, records management, and interaction with regulators.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and in person inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as supporting senior leaders, managing priorities, and coordinating complex meetings.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar), basic data entry, and document formatting.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work collaboratively with diverse teams in Saudi Arabia and abroad, and interact respectfully with clients and partners.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage.
