Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and firm leadership with daily administrative tasks including file maintenance, scheduling of meetings, and maintaining company registrations
- Handle and assist with regulatory processes for client matters and internal operations
- Perform data entry, update databases, coordinate office supplies and logistics
- Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders and adhere to confidentiality and professional standards
Requirements
- Strong Administrative and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document preparation, filing, records management, and interaction with regulators
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and in person inquiries
- Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as supporting senior leaders, managing priorities, and coordinating complex meetings
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar), basic data entry, and document formatting
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred

Role Description
- The Administrative Assistant is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Supports attorneys and firm leadership with daily administrative tasks, including file maintenance, scheduling of meetings, maintaining company registrations and internal filings.
- Handles and assists with regulatory processes for client matters and internal operations.
- Responsibilities also include data entry, updating databases, coordinating office supplies and logistics, and supporting the smooth operation of the office.
- Requires consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders and adherence to confidentiality and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document preparation, filing, records management, and interaction with regulators.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and in person inquiries in a professional manner.
- Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as supporting senior leaders, managing priorities, and coordinating complex meetings.
