Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in the Riyadh Region.
The Administrative Assistant will perform a range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with office operations.
The role demands close collaboration with various departments and ensures the smooth execution of daily administrative and organizational activities.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle calendars, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation, record-keeping, and reporting tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, along with the ability to multitask and solve problems proactively.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, with some familiarity with the healthcare or academic sector considered a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or a related field are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
