Responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing appointments and meetings, as well as preparing the agenda
  • Preparing and writing letters, reports, and administrative correspondence
  • Receiving phone calls and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department
  • Organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic files and documents, and updating them
  • Monitoring email correspondence and responding to communications within authorized limits
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing minutes as needed
  • Following up on purchase requests and office supplies, ensuring availability
  • Entering data and updating records and administrative systems
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Executing any other administrative tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

Skills

  • Saudi National
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field
  • Three years of experience in administrative work
  • Experience in Human Resources is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
