Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be a young and passionate individual who is committed to providing excellent administrative support to enhance the efficiency and productivity of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help with Admin in the company. Strong knowledge of Property Finder.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Managing incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments, and taking messages as needed.
  • Managing Appointments: Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients, customers, or colleagues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintaining the office Area, Ensuring all places is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office filing systems, databases, and records accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents, contracts, agreements, and other paperwork as required.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and filed in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in maintaining positive client relationships through effective communication and follow up.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or property management environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
  • Passionate about real estate with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
