Responsibilities
- Help with Admin in the company and maintain strong knowledge of Property Finder
- Answering phone calls, managing incoming calls, routing them to appropriate individuals or departments, and taking messages
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients, customers, or colleagues
- Performing various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Maintaining the office area, ensuring all places are clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office filing systems, databases, and records accurately and efficiently
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and property viewings
- Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents, contracts, agreements, and other paperwork as required
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and filed in compliance with regulatory standards
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and advertisements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or property management environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Passionate about real estate with a desire to learn and grow within the industry

Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be a young and passionate individual who is committed to providing excellent administrative support to enhance the efficiency and productivity of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Help with Admin in the company. Strong knowledge of Property Finder.
