Job Description

  • The Junior level Administrative/HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative functions.
  • This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with a wide range of administrative duties while contributing to the overall efficiency of the office environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role or relevant role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or finance is an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Job Types: Full time, Permanent
  • Willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar. Open for applicants currently based in the Philippines.
  • Pay: QAR 1,800 QAR 2,000 per month
