Job Description
- The Junior level Administrative/HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative functions.
- This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will assist with a wide range of administrative duties while contributing to the overall efficiency of the office environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role or relevant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
