Role Description
- The Administrative Assistant role at Fursa Saudi is a full time, on site position based in Jiddah.
- This role is responsible for providing day to day administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- The Administrative Assistant will support executives and team members with clerical tasks, prepare documents and presentations, and maintain accurate records and databases.
- The role also involves answering phone calls, greeting visitors, coordinating office logistics, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document preparation, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with colleagues, partners, and visitors.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting senior leaders with calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and basic data entry and reporting skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
