- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and comfort working with office equipment.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a professional and respectful work style.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; vocational or academic training in business administration
