- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, correspondence, and forms as required.
- Prepare and maintain legal files, documents, and case management systems, ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with billing and invoicing, including time entry and file management for client billing.
- Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and documentation submission.
- Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials by managing logistics and document organization.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, handling mail, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
