Position Purpose
Provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support to the PMC core and project management teams.
Maintain project information, coordinate meetings and actions, track manpower and activities, prepare reports and dashboards, and follow up with stakeholders.
Work in a fast-paced PMC environment while managing multiple priorities with organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
Project Administration and Coordination
- Maintain project trackers, registers, logs, records, electronic files, and physical project folders.
- Coordinate routine project activities and outstanding actions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, management information, charts, summaries, and dashboards.
Meetings, Reporting, and Resources
- Coordinate project meetings and workshops, prepare agendas, issue minutes, and maintain consolidated action and decision trackers.
- Collect information across project disciplines and support weekly and monthly reporting.
- Track manpower, mobilization, demobilization, transfers, leave, resource forecasts, timesheets, and attendance.
