Position Purpose
The Project Admin Assistant provides administrative, coordination, and reporting support to the PMC Core Team and Project Management Team.
The role maintains project information, coordinates meetings and actions, tracks manpower and activities, prepares reports and dashboards, and follows up with stakeholders.
Project Administration
- Maintain project trackers, registers, logs, electronic files, physical records, and project information.
- Coordinate routine project activities and support presentations, reports, and management information.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, issue minutes, and maintain action, decision, deliverable, and deadline trackers.
Reporting and Resources
- Collect information for weekly and monthly project reports and maintain dashboards for manpower, progress, actions, risks, deliverables, and KPIs.
