Under the direction of the Program Manager, Gladue Pathways, the Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, operational, research and logistical support to ensure the effective delivery of the Gladue Pathways to Healing Initiative.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, managing correspondence, responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting communication with program staff, leadership, stakeholders and community partners.
The Administrative Assistant ensures that program records, reports, and documentation are accurate, organized, timely and maintained in accordance with organizational policies, privacy requirements, court-related standards, and funding agreement obligations.
The role provides essential administrative support to program staff by assisting with coordination, information management, research, scheduling, and operational activities that support culturally responsive Gladue Services.
