Responsibilities
- Assist in the company's daily administrative and comprehensive management affairs, and formulate and optimize management processes
- Assist in the formulation of various company rules and regulations and supervise their implementation
- Assist in drafting important official documents, reports, and meeting minutes
- Assist in the management of office assets, logistical support and other administrative affairs
- Assist with human resources related work, such as employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, attendance management, and performance management
- Assist in corporate culture building, employee relations management, and team building
- Handle other tasks assigned by superiors and support the company's business development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, public administration, financial management, human resources, or related fields
- More than one year of experience in administrative management, financial management, or general management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT) and data organization skills
- Meticulous, responsible, with excellent teamwork and execution skills

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in business administration, public administration, financial management, human resources, or related fields.
- Candidates with more than one year of experience in administrative management, financial management or general management will be given priority; candidates with work experience in the Middle East will also be given priority.
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, and can fluently use English for daily communication.
- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and possesses excellent data organization skills.
- Meticulous, responsible, and possesses excellent teamwork and execution skills.
