- Prior experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in automotive or workshop sector
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Urdu/Hindi language proficiency is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

Job Description
- We are looking for a well organised and experienced Female Administrative Officer to join our branch in Dubai/Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for administrative and daily accounting tasks, managing inventory movement, and handling communication with customers and suppliers.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience, preferably in the UAE.
- High skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and mailing.
- Prior experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in the automotive or workshop sector
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Urdu/Hindi language proficiency is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
