Qualifications
- Fresh Grades in a professional manner (English Batcheler, Business Administration)
- Entry-Level Candidate.
- Relevant experience in administrative support roles
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to the Department Director, including communication and scheduling.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Handle confidential documents with a high level of discretion
- Maintain structured filing and archiving systems for all records and documents
- Prepare professional reports, memos, and correspondence in both Arabic and English
- Coordinate internal communication and follow up on departmental actions
- Manage visitors, calls, and appointments in a professional manner
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
