Qualifications

  • Fresh Grades in a professional manner (English Batcheler, Business Administration)
  • Entry-Level Candidate.
  • Relevant experience in administrative support roles
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to the Department Director, including communication and scheduling.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
  • Handle confidential documents with a high level of discretion
  • Maintain structured filing and archiving systems for all records and documents
  • Prepare professional reports, memos, and correspondence in both Arabic and English
  • Coordinate internal communication and follow up on departmental actions
  • Manage visitors, calls, and appointments in a professional manner

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
