Role Description

  • The Administrative Assistant is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports.
  • Handle phone calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members while maintaining professional phone etiquette and front office standards.
  • Day to day tasks include maintaining records and files, processing documents, tracking office supplies, and supporting executive leadership with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Solid Executive Administrative Assistance experience
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office technology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Adapt to a fast paced, multicultural environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or degree in Business Administration or related field beneficial
