Role Description

  • The Administrative Assistant role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
  • This role supports daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • The Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls and emails, greet visitors, and ensure professional communication with clients, partners, and internal team members.
  • Responsibilities also include preparing basic reports, processing paperwork, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and coordinating with other departments to support efficient workflow.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for senior leadership.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with a professional demeanor in client facing and internal interactions.
  • Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office suite or similar tools) and basic knowledge of business correspondence is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, or mortgage brokerage is an advantage.
  • A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
