Overview

  • MTG Acoustics is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will assist management with administration, document control, customer communication and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day office administration.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
  • Prepare quotations, letters and company documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
