- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Liaise with clients, agents, developers, and relevant authorities
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on time
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Real Estate Administration role
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and transaction processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
